Presentations from the first-ever Green Home Festival are now available to download, allowing low-carbon enthusiasts to access the wealth of expert eco advice and information discussed during the week-long event.
Resources have been shared from the 12 sessions that were hosted from 8-12 August by the Construction Industry Collective Voice (CICV) as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, with all six webinars also available to watch again.

The Green Home Festival was officially opened on Monday 8 August by Patrick Harvie, Minister for Zero Carbon Buildings, Active Travel and Tenants’ Rights, who told delegates that Scotland faces a “monumental but essential task” if it is to overhaul its aged housing stock.
Targeting homeowners, construction professionals, housing associations and local authorities, the festival saw contributions from the likes of SEPA, Home Energy Scotland, SELECT, SNIPEF, Gardiner & Theobald LLP and Atelier Ten.
Organisers now hope to make the festival an annual event, offering an even wider selection of events to help Scotland become a net zero nation.
The festival is the latest in a string of practical and constructive initiatives launched by the CICV since its creation at the start of the pandemic in March 2020.
Made up of 29 trade associations, professional services bodies and companies, it has maintained a steady supply of information and practical advice to the sector as well as carrying out surveys, producing animations and posters, hosting webinars and maintaining close dialogue with Scottish Government ministers.
